Drives under Robotic Library seen as standalone after a reboot and MISSING DEVICES under Robotic Library

Problem
When the Media server is rebooted, drives under Robotic Library are seen as standalone and MISSING DEVICES under Robotic Library.
Cause
This issue is related to the total number of drives.
Solution
Workaround:
Reduce the number of drive count in the VTL if possible.
