Problem
On Windows Server 2012, this issue occurs while adding a file share using the New Share Wizard in a Microsoft Failover Cluster (FoC) environment. If fast failover is enabled for the Volume Manager Disk Group (VMDg) resource, then the SFW volumes are not displayed in the wizard while adding the file share.
Solution
To resolve this issue, set the FastFailver attribute to False, create the file share, and then set the attribute to True again after creatig the file share
