Problem
Creation of Backup Exec Archiving Option (BEAO) vault store fails with following error.

Error occurred while creating vault store

Cause
This issue will come up if Backup Exec Outlook Add-In is installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Backup Exec\Enterprise Vault directory on the Backup Exec server
Solution
Uninstall Backup Exec Outlook Add-In from the server. If Outlook Add-In is required on Backup Exec server then install it under C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Enterprise Vault directory.
