KNOWN ISSUE: The changing of package servers from constrained to unconstrained causes a package refresh on all packages with all package servers. The web page times out before this completes.

Problem
The customer has 3800 packages. When he attempts to set a package server from constrained to unconstrained (Site Server Settings - Site Management - Settings - Package Service - Package Service Settings) and clicks save the console eventually timesout.
Increasing the httpRunTime executionTimeout allows the page to eventually save without timing out.

Cause
Known Issue.
Solution
This issue has been reported to the Symantec Development team. A fix has been provided with ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1 Rollup v3. See HOWTO81832
