The HTTP daemon (HTTPd) does not restart after upgrading to App Center 4.1

Problem
You upgrade to App Center 4.1 and restart, but the HTTPd throws an error and does not start.
Cause
App Center 4.1 updates the php.config file with a line that is not recognized by the HTTPd.
Solution
Open php.config with a text editor, locate and then delete the line,
Save the file and restart the HTTPd.
