Installing SSR 2013 on Windows Server 2012 fails when Setup.exe crashes with the error: _Setup has stopped working.
Log details show:
Faulting app name _Setup.exe version 220.127.116.11
Faulting module KERNELBASE.dll version 6.2.9200.16451
Exception code 0ce0434352
Microsoft .NET 3.5 is not installed on the server
.NET 3.5 needs to be installed. After installing .NET 3.5, the installation will complete successfully.
