Problem
After installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4 kernel update, the VERITAS Filesytem (VxFS) component of Symantec’s SFHA/SFCFSHA/SFRAC (5.1SP1RP3, 6.0.1 & 6.0.3) stack fails to install or function, due to breakages in the kernel interfaces.

Cause
VxFS component has a kernel compatibility issue with RHEL 6.4
Solution
Symantec is currently working on the official patch certification to support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4 in VxFS 5.1SP1RP4
Symantec has released a public patch to resolve this issue for :
Workaround2: Un-encapsulate the system before upgrading to RHEL6.4
