The Server Settings Migration Wizard is not running as the Vault Service Account (VSA) and Windows User Account Control(UAC) is enabled

Enterprise Vault Server Settings Migration wizard, shows "The Server Settings Migration Wizard is not running as the Vault Service Account(VSA) and Windows User Account Control(UAC) is enabled. Please restart with UAC disabled or running as the VSA"
Saved credential of Vault Service Account (VSA) with incorrect password in Credential Manager\Windows Vault.
This issue can be resolved by clearing the saved password of VSA in Credential Manager.
Note: Make sure, User Access Control (UAC) has been disabled on EV Server.
1. Login to affected Enterprise Vault (EV) with VSA credentials.
2. Go to Control Panel >> User Accounts >> Credential Manager (Windows Vault)
3. Locate the VSA credentials and clear them.
