ServiceDesk 7.5 Incident Templates do not save or load some data correctly

ServiceDesk 7.5 Incident Templates do not save assignment data properly. Additionally there are problems with additonal Contact, attachment and equipment data not being loaded when you select an incident template to use.
There is a defect is the Incident Template save/load process.
This issue will be addressed in ServiceDesk 7.5 MP1 which will be released later this year.
As a workaround, you can obtain an updated SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForms project package by going to TECH202844
