Feature Request: Add External User Full name to mail message if utf-8 display name is blank

Problem
External mail being proxied by Lotus Protection Mail Encrypton has the utf-8 display name field blank. Currently the mail message is processed an sent to the Domino server with this field blank. The end user only gets the email address associated with this mail message.
Cause
Mail client that is sending the mail message is not attaching the Display Name into the email header.
Solution
Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.
This Feature Request is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version of the product.
Technical Support filed a Feature Request to add this product feature. Note that a feature request is exactly that, a request.
There is no committed date for this request from the Endpoint Encryption Product Management team, nor from the Endpoint Encryption Engineering team at this time.
