Is PGP Desktop or Symantec Encryption Desktop supported on Microsoft Office 365?
Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Server is not supported by Symantec Encryption Desktop prior to version 10.3.1.
The support for Office 365 has been added with the 10.3.1 version of Symantec Encryption Desktop. Please upgrade the PGP Desktop to a version not less than 10.3.1. Please note that the email client must still be locally installed, Symantec Encryption Desktop does not support the web-based Outlook 365 client.
