bpbkar32.exe faults on DFSR backup jobs of NetBackup 7.5.0.x Windows clients

Full or Incremental backups of the DFSR fail with Status Code 13 (file write failed) once bpbkar32.exe produces an application fault on the client.
This issue is similar to TECH201918 (Related Article linked below - bpbkar32.exe faults on DFSR backup jobs of NetBackup 7.5.0.x Windows clients)
However, this problem can also occur on FULL schedule Types and can occur when TIR data collection is not enabled in the Policy.
Last 3 lines in the bpbkar log for the Process ID which faulted:

This issue can be introduced when DFSR content is backed up from a client and the client has both Exclude Lists and Include Lists configured to modify the given Backup Selection. This is a common configuration for NetBackup users who have configured their DFSR clients based on HOWTO65638 (linked below).
The formal resolution for this issue (Etrack 3099276) is included in the following release(s):

1. To backup non-DFSR data, a "non-DFSR" policy - Example Policy Name: Entire_OS
2. To backup DFSR data explicitly, a "DFSR" policy - Example Policy Name: All_DFSR
Create a policy-specific Exclude List which specifically excludes DFSR data expressly from the "Entire_OS" policy.
This would allow the "ALL_DFSR" policy to backup the data listed in the policy without the aid of any Exclude or Include Lists.
Note: The instructions included in this TechNote supersede any instructions provided within the hotfix itself.
The Attachment includes a hotfix which replaces the .dll library causing the fault.

Recommended service state: To ensure proper .dll replacement, all client services should be stopped before installing this EEB.
Note that ONLY NetBackup Client Service needs to be stopped. When installing this hotfix on a client which is also a master or media server, additional NetBackup services do not need to be stopped.
