Unable to connect to client computers using Active Directory(ADS) authentication.
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 2003, 2008
Symantec Management Platform
pcAnywhere Solution 12.x
Clients are not part of an Active Directory domain.
The ADS authentication option in pcAnywhere Solution is designed to leverage credentials of an Active Directory domain. If clients are not part of an Active Directory domain, this feature will not be usable for authentication. NT, which leverages local Windows user accounts, or pcAnywhere authentication, credentials created within the product directly, are the authentication options available for clients not in a domain.
