Unable to see any files in the restore view after the successful backup of the filer

Technical Solution



After a successful backup of the filer, backup set in the restore wizard does not show any files for restore.


 BE 2012 with SP1


 On tape catalog has incomplete .fh file.



Restore the full volume to alternate volume or run the CIFS based backup of the filer.
