Cause



Vtrack driver fails to be booted.


Solution



Workaround:
After INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE appeared:
Select "Last Known Good Configuration" in Advanced Boot Options. (See Figure 3)

Vtrack.txt that was attached in this TECHNOTE previously has been presently unpublished. It is because the same BSOD (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) is observed soon after uninstalling Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013 SP1 Basic Edition on the system using Vtrack.txt. If BSOD (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) is observed soon after uninstalling SSR 2013 SP1 Basic Edition, please refer to TECH213019 in below Related Articles.
