During an Exchange GRT restore to PST the Backup Exec Remote Agent may crash on MSVCR100.dll

Issue



When attempting to restore GRT data from an Exchange backup the Backup Exec Remote Agent may crash on the Backup Exec server with the errors below.

Solution



Workaround:
Restore the entire database to a recovery storage group and use Exchange tools to export the needed data.

 

SOLUTION:

This issue has not been seen in Backup Exec 2014.
