The Hyper-V file level GRT backup of a virtual machine using the Hyper-V agent targeted to deduplication folder fails with the error "0xe000fe09 - The directory is invalid."

Cannot backup directory \C\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-m..server-provider-dll_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_64cf8bece74ccc79 and its subdirectories.
Backup Exec 2012 on Windows 2008 R2 server
Hyper host are running on Windows 2012 server.
Run the remote agent based backup of the virtual machine to deduplication folder or run the Hyper-V GRT backup of the virtual machine to disk storage or tape drive.
