Issue



When Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU4 (SEP) is installed on Windows 8, the right-click context menu for SEP's Security Log will not open when using a stylus.
 
This prevents a user from right-clicking on an Active Response event and clicking Stop All Active Response.

Solution



After opening SEP's Security Log, click Action and then click Stop All Active Response.
