Issue



To create Archive task, the users can not be shown up in the archive job configuration, unable to select any user for archive jobs.


Error



Atlease one user/usergroup needs to be selected.

 


Environment



Backup Exec 2012 SP2

Archive Option for Exchange Mail

Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1


Solution
