Upgrade of Accelerator customer database fails when installing 10.0.4 Cumulative Hotfix 1

Issue



During the installation phase the following error occurs when attempting to update the customer databases:

"Online index operations can only be performed in Enterprise edition of SQL server."


Cause



Some specific SQL commands were used that are not supported on SQL server standard installations.


Solution



1. For customers who have not installed 10.0.4 CHF1 with Accelerator build 1106*, please re-download 10.0.4 CHF1 from TECH210673 as a new build (1107) has this issue resolved.

 
2. For customers who have already installed 10.0.4 CHF1 with Accelerator build 1106*, please use the files attached to this technote to manually update your customer databases.
 
*To identify the build version of CHF1 that you have, please refer to the manifest.txt file located in the root of the CHF1 zip file downloaded.
