Content Router Queue Processing (CRQP) is in a state of BUSY: YES for several days for one cycle.
No error is present. Queue Processing is a normal operation that is scheduled to occur twice daily.
The length of time taken between each run varies, however, when the time is measured in days, it can cause issues related to backups of the deduplication storage folder via shadow copy components.

This issue is currently under investigation by Symantec Corporation.
