Missing emails in Personal Archive and Discovery Archive

  • Discovery Archive > Investigations > My Mailbox
     
  • Discovery Archive > Investigations > Managed Accounts (Selected Users Mailbox)

Problem

  • The amount of mail showing in Discovery is much less than it should be
     
  • From appearance It seems Sent items are not getting archive

Solution



This is a display feature separating the Inbox and Sent items view of mails in that account -
 


Important

  • This display feature in Discovery Archive (DA) Investigations is on by default

  • To view all the emails for a Discovery user in this portal, a custodian search is required

    • See the Searching My Mailbox related article on doing this
       

If mail still cannot be located in Inbox or Sent items or when Searching My Mailbox, please contact the EV .cloud Support team

In Personal Archive (PA), this feature can be used by clicking the all email dropdown -

This display feature in Personal Archive (PA) is off by default when viewing emails
