Please Note: Driver downloads include drivers for all supported operating systems in a single file. There are no operating system specific downloads.
Device driver names
If the tape device connected to the Backup Exec server is supported and the most recent Symantec Device Drivers have been installed (see above), then the device driver will be listed as a device in the Microsoft Windows operating system. For Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and 2008.
1. Go to Start | Run
2. Type in msinfo32
3. Expand the Software Environment node
4. a. For Windows 2000, click on Drivers
