KNOWN ISSUE: Application Metering Configuration settings are applied to the wrong collection

Problem
The following error appears in the NS Agent logs a number of times:
Altiris.ProcessMonitor is not installed: Invalid class string (-2147221005). This situation should be resolved once the agent rollout has been completed
Environment
Application Metering Solution 6.0
Application Metering Solution 6.1, upgraded from 6.0
Cause
Both the Application Metering 'Discovery Policy' and 'Send Summary Data' options are applied to the "All Computers" collection rather than the "Clients with Application Metering Agent installed". This caused clients without the Application Metering Agent to have Application Metering policies applied to it.
Solution
This will not happen on new installations of Application Metering 6.1, only on Application Metering 6.0 installations or Application Metering 6.1 upgradds from Application Metering 6.0.
