KNOWN ISSUE: WISESCRIPT: Check HTTP Connection causes the wisescript to error if MSVCR71.dll is not on the machine

Problem
When running a wisescript .EXE that contains either a Check HTTP Connection Action, or a Copy Local File action whose source is a URL, if you do not have the file MSVCR71.dll on the destination machine the following error occurs:
'The dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll could not be found in the specified path'
Environment
Solution
Workaround: Add an Install File action that installs MSVCR71.dll before the Check HTTP Connection or Copy Local File action.
