When running a Test Run job on a newly created Backup to Disk folder, the job fails with the error "Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job."

Problem
When running a Test Run job on a newly created Backup to Disk folder, the job fails with the error "Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job."
Error
Insufficient online or nearline media is available to start job
Solution
After creating a new Backup to Disk folder, a Test Run Job will fail (Figure 1) until such time as a backup job has been run using that folder as the specified device.

In order to resolve this issue, either run a small backup job with the new Backup to Disk folder as the device, or deselect the following options (Figure 2):
