KNOWN ISSUE: Recovery Solution's Web based Recovery Solution Agent Install fails with "Page cannot be displayed" error

Recovery Solution's Web-based Recovery Solution Agent install fails with a "Page cannot be displayed" error.
Recovery Solution 6.0, 6.1, 6.2
There are two causes for this problem:
- ASMExt directory is not listed under Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager's Default Web site.
- The asmext.dll file is not registered with the Windows Server* operating system.
- Verify that ASMext directory is listed under Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager's Default Web site.
- Register the asmext.dll library with the Windows Server operating system using the "Regsvr32 asmext.dll". The asmext.dll library is located at %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Server\Agent\ASMExt\ directory on the Recovery Solution Server.
