Reporting Tape, Zip and Optical Drives

Problem
The Inventory Solutions report, "Count of Computers with Tape/Zip/CD-ROM/CD-RW/DVD/DVD-RW/Floppy does not give accurate results.
Environment
Notification Server 6.0 SP3 (6.0.6074)
Inventory Solution 6.1 SP1 (6.1.1063)
Cause
The default report uses data from the AeX HW SCSI dataclass. Since most optical drives are not controlled via SCSI, they will not be shown in this dataclass. The AeX OS System Devices data class contains this data, as does the AeX HW Logical Disk data class.
Solution
The attached report uses the AeX OS System Devices dataclass. Alternatively, the inv_aex_hw_logical_disks table could be used.
This report is provided "as-is" and may not be suitable for every environment. It can be edited to give the desired results.
