Problem
“Data was not found in database to build DTF” error appears in the logs.
Environment
Recovery Solution 6.2
Cause
According to KB Article 32229 entitled "Recovery Solution 6.2 Release Notes" this is a Known Issue.
Solution
In the original 6.2 build version, snapshots may fail with the following error "Data was not found in database to build DTF" in cases where you mark all data for deletion from the Manage Protected Data dialog and run the Deletion job after snapshot. Upgrade the solution to the newest available build version as a possible resolution.
