Multiple "CCELicense::SetVerifyContext failed: Class not registered" errors in the NS logs

Problem
When observing the NS log files, there seems to be a lot of errors with the following details:
Process: aexsvc.exe (1120)
Module: AeXLicense.dll
Source: Licensing
Description: CCELicense::SetVerifyContext failed: Class not registered
Error
Trying to install new licenses results in errors:
- If using "Path to license folder", the error "No license files found (note, license files must have a ".txt" extension)" occurs.
- If using "Paste contents of Licenses below", the error "Unable to install the certificate. Please obtain a valid license and try again.
" occurs.
Environment
Altiris NS 6.0 SP3
Altiris NS 6.0 SP3 Update (KB25133)
Cause
Certain licensing components have not registered correctly most likely at point of installation or upgrade.
Solution
Run a repair on the NS ensuring that if terminal servicing to your NS, that you are connected in console mode, that is, by going to Start > Run, and typing in the mstsc.exe /v:<Servername> /console command. It is possible that you may also need to run through the NS Setup Wizard. But if this is the case, you will be prompted to do so when you attempt to open up the console again.
In order to achieve this, you will need to go to the Add or Remove Programs control panel applet and then run a repair on the following two items in order:
