Problem

Duplicate BLOBs are created in the same storage group

Environment

Recovery Solution 6.2.2332

Cause

The code related to handling for deletion operation of unwanted BLOBs from the storage locations has been added to the solution.

Solution

The hotfix is in the form of the attached DSRawData.dll library and will resolve the issue of duplicate BLOBs being created in the same storage group.

The hotfix should be applied the following way to the Recovery Solution Server:

Stop the Recovery Solution Server Service.
Replace the old DSRawData.dll with the new DSRawData.dll at %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Server.
Restart the Recovery Solution Server Service.
