Cannot import .reg file that contains a registry key whose path is longer than 128 characters

Problem
If you have a line with 128 characters, then the line is truncated and the lines following will not be imported..
If you have a line more than 128 characters, then the line is truncated, and the following line is imported.
This may cause no registry keys to appear in the Registry page when trying to import a .reg file into the Registry page in WiseScript Package Editor.
Environment
Wise Installation Studio 7.0—WiseScript Package Editor
Wise Package Studio 7.x—WiseScript Package Editor
Cause
The full path of the key in the .reg file, including brackets ([]) longer than 128 characters.
Solution
This issue has been fixed in Wise Installation Studio/Express 7 SP1. The fix for this issue will also be included with the next release of Wise Package Studio.
Workaround:
- Execute the .reg file on the computer where you are creating the .wse.
- Add this registry key by browsing to it in the upper left pane in the Registry page
