Issue



The default collection that is used for the Altiris Agent push install is not showing Windows* Vista computers if the computers were discovered using the Microsoft Active Directory import.

All Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista computers with no Altiris Agent installed

Environment



Notification Server 6.0
Altiris Integrated Component for Microsoft Active Directory 6.1.842
Microsoft Windows Vista

Cause



The Microsoft Active Directory Import is not populating the [System Type] column in the Aex_AC_Identification table that is required for the collection to work. 

Solution



This is fixed in AD Connector 6.1 Hotfix 3. See article 34704.
