Recovery Solution Server service receives a shutdown request at Server Space Management job startup.
Recovery Solution 6.2.2332
Processing of Corrupted Serialized files force Server Space Management to send a shutdown request to Recovery Solution Server service.
Note: This hotfix is a cumulative hotfix for Recovery Solution 6.2.2332. This hotfix includes Hotfix 17.
This hotfix is in the form of DSFile.dll and ServerJobs.dll which need to be applied to the Recovery Solution Server. DSFile.dll and ServerJobs.dll are uploaded to Server.zip in attachments:
- Stop the Recovery Solution Server service.
- Browse to %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Server folder.
- Replace the old DSFile.dll and ServerJobs.dll with the new ones uploaded to Server.zip in attachments.
- Restart the Recovery Solution Server service.
