When I run an interactive audit from the SecurityExpressions Console with the notification on the Audit tab set to enabled, a Microsoft C++ runtime error is displayed.
Environment
Build: SecurityExpressions 4.0 build 416
Application: Console

Notification is enabled on the Audit tab of the SecurityExpressions Console.
Solution
A hotfix has been created to correct this problem. The hotfix file (SecurityExpressions-4.0-hf1.zip) is located in the article information frame to the right of this article. To install this hotfix:
- Unzip the file.
- For SecurityExpressions Console, copy secexp.exe to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Security Management\SecurityExpressions - For AuditExpress, copy audexp.exe to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Altiris\Security Management\AuditExpress
If the installation directory is different from default, change directory above accordingly.
