This feature release provides fixes for VERITAS NetBackup on Japanese-localized Windows, Solaris
and HPUX platforms.

PACK DEPENDENCIES
=================

   --  Installation of this Feature Pack requires version 1.8.2.16 of the
       Vrts_pack.install

   --  NB_45_6_F must be installed prior to installing this patch.

   --  NB_45_6_F_S1021 must be installed prior to installing this patch.
       Refer to the latest documents below regarding this patch for details.

Users should refer to the NetBackup Installation Guide for either UNIX or
Windows when installing 4.5FP6; please refer to the installation instructions
within the README contained in this patch for 4.5FP6_JPN.


This CD image release includes an update of NetBackup 4.5 release
with new open file backup technology for NetBackup and all the latest
fixes. This feature pack is required to be installed on a system in order
to apply any future feature pack releases. As this feature pack is a
full installable package, please refer to release upgrade procedures as
documented in the packaged README for NetBackup or "Installation Guide" for
Storage Migrator (this is not installable via the standard "Vrts_pack.install"
script)
