KNOWN ISSUE: Installing Software Virtualization Solution subagent cause client reboot cycle

Problem

After installing the Altiris Agent, the Software Virutalization agent package downloads, runs, and then requests a reboot of the client. After the computer completes the reboot, it reboots again.

Environment

Notification Server 6.0 SP3 R4

Cause

In the Software Virtualization Agent package on the Program tab, the exit codes it was expecting were 3010 and 1641.

Solution

Go to Configuration tab > Software Solutions > Software Management > Software Delivery > Windows > Software Virtualization, select the Package and on the Program tab, and add 0 (zero) to the exit codes.
