KNOWN ISSUE: Application Management licenses cannot be harvested

Application Management assigns licenses to clients when the following tasks are successfully deployed and processed by Notification Server:
- Baselines Scans (Registry and File baselines)
- Windows Installer scans (Quick and Full Scans)
However, there is no current way to reclaim a license from a client.
