Wise Installation Studio crashes when attempting to access it after installing

After I install Wise Installation Studio, it crashes when I attempt to get into the product.
Microsoft Windows* XP SP2
If you have already installed and the application is crashing, perform the following steps:
- Uninstall Wise Installation Studio.
- Delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wise Solutions registry.
- Turn off your antivirus software and/or firewall (temporarily disable).
- Re-install Wise Installation Studio.
- Restart your antivirus software and/or firewall.
