Following are the known compatibility issues for Recovery Solution 6.2.2760 (SP2) related to Disk Encryption software:

  • Article 35459: Not possible to create a Local Recovery Partition if Windows Vista's BitLocker drive encryption is on
  • Article 35458: Not possible to create a Local Recovery Partition if Windows Vista's BitLocker drive encryption is turned "ON" on "all" volume
  • Article 35451: F11 Recovery does not work on a computer whose operating system volume is encrypted by BitLocker drive encryption
  • Article 35448: Agent unable to create partition when Pointsec for PC is installed on the computer with no encrypted drives
  • Article 35446: Local Recovery Agent unable to create partition if drives are encrypted by Pointsec for PC
  • Article 35445: PointSec for PC software is non-functional after Full System Recovery
  • Article 35442: Errors appear during a full system snapshot on a computer with Pointsec for PC software installed
