Problem
Some utility jobs in Backup Exec are grayed out when a cleaning slot in a Robotic Library is selected
Solution
When a slot is selected in a robotic library under Devices in Backup Exec (tm), some of the utility jobs are grayed out (Figure 1)

This is intended functionality. To determine if the slot is in fact designated as a cleaning slot, right-click and select Properties (Figure 2).
