Command line compile results in duplicate file sequences

Problem
In some situations, compiling from the command line results in duplicate sequence numbers in the File table. This causes error 1334 to occur when running the .msi.

Wise Installation Studio 7

Solution
This issue has been fixed in Wise Installation Studio/Express 7 SP1. The fix for this issue will also be included with the next release of Wise Package Studio.
Workaround: Customers have reported that in their environment this behavior does not appear to occur when compiling using the following methods:
- Compile from the Windows Installer Editor GUI.
- Compile using Wise Automation
