KNOWN ISSUE: Install counts are not calculated on the Summary tab of an OS License

Problem
After adding valid Software License Install Search Rules to an OS License, the Install counts are not calculated on the Summary tab.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Resource Management > Contract Types > Software Licensing > OS License and create a new OS License.
- Go to the Software Installs tab and enter a Software License under Software License Search Rules (Windows XP, for example).
- Click Done and then edit the OS License.
- The Summary tab will not show any installs, even though the Software Installs tab has a valid Software License Search Rule.
Environment
Asset Management Solution 6.5.1126
Asset Control Solution 6.2 with the workaround from kb 33917 implemented.
Solution
This issue is resolved in hotfix KB43647 for Asset Management Solution 6.5.
