Monitor Solution for Altiris Infrastructure Reports not being displayed after product installation

After installing Monitor Solution for Altiris Infrastructure, it has been found that its Reports are not being displayed in the Reports tab.
Notification Server 6.0.6074 R3 and above with MS4AI 6.0.1057
The two main report folders (Monitoring > Monitor Solution) do not get created as they will not exist in the Item table, even though the reports do exist in the Item table.
This issue is currently under investigation, but as a workaround, import the attached Reports .xml file using our ".\Altiris\Diagnostics\ImportExportUtil.exe" tool.
