Sampling Exchange messages by direction [Ref CMP451, CMP452, CMP453, CMP455]
In previous releases, you could set a required percentage for Exchange, Instant and Bloomberg messages to be sampled by the Journaling Connector. Now you can also set a required percentage for Exchange messages traveling in a particular direction. A sampling percentage can now be set for the following:
* Internal Exchange messages
* Inbound Exchange messages
* Outbound Exchange messages
* Instant Messages
* Bloomberg messages
You can configure these monitoring policy percentages for a department on the Department Properties page. Configure required percentages for a group using the Group tab on the Monitored Employees page, and required percentages for an employee on the Employee Properties page or Monitored Employees page.
The Department List page also displays the required percentages set for each message type and message direction.
When you upgrade to Compliance Accelerator SP2, the percentage set for each of the new policy settings will be the same as the percentage set for the existing Exchange message policy.
For a description of how messages are defined as internal or external, see Customizing Compliance Accelerator Settings in Installing and Configuring Compliance Accelerator.
New reports [Ref CMP454]
The following new reports have been added to Compliance Accelerator to provide evidence that the required percentage of messages have been captured and reviewed:
* Evidence of IM Review by Employee
* Evidence of IM Review by Dept
* Evidence of Bloomberg Review by Employee
* Evidence of Bloomberg Review by Dept
* Evidence of Exchange (Internal) Review by Employee
* Evidence of Exchange (Internal) Review by Dept
* Evidence of Exchange (External) Review by Employee
* Evidence of Exchange (External) Review by Dept
Note that these only report on clean messages captured using Compliance Accelerator SP2. Clean messages are those captured using the Journaling Connector.
The reports include the following information for the selected employees (by Employee reports) or for all employees in the selected departments (by Dept reports):
* The total number of messages sent or received
* How many messages have been captured
* The number of messages captured is also given as a percentage of the total number sent or received
* For each review status, how many messages have the review status assigned
* The % Reviewed column shows the percentage of messages that have been reviewed, that is, messages that have been given any review status mark
Fixes to reports [Ref CMP453]
Problems with the following reports have been fixed:
* Department Roles Detail
* Department Roles Summary
* Reviewer Mapping
These reports now include information on message direction and message type sampling, see Sampling Exchange messages by direction.

Server Error in '/EVBACompliance' Application.
Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request.
This has been fixed.
Review page fixes
