Problem
Push or local installation of the Remote Agent for Windows Servers (RAWS) fails with no errors when the CISCO Security Agent is installed on the server.
Error
Check the installation log file bepushes.log for errors if a push install is being attempted.
The bepushes.log file can be found in the C:\Winnt\System32 on a Windows 2000 server and C:\Windows\Sytem32 folder on Windows 2003 media server.
The local installation of the Remote Agent fails with no update or error listed in the bkupinst.log file or the Windows Event Viewer.
Cause
This can be caused if the CISCO Security Agent is conflicting with the installation.
