Getting an error message in the Notification Server Console for any Out of Band Management screen: Error connecting to the Intel AMT Setup and Configuration Server. The underlying connection was closed: The remote name could not be resolved.

The current Service Location is not a resolvable domain name.
Change the service location from default http://XYZ.DOMAIN:80/AMTSCS to the fully qualified domain name, e.g. http://XYZ.DOMAIN.COM:80/AMTSCS and Apply the settings, and the errors should go away.
These settings are found in Altiris Console: Configuration (tab in 6.0 or view in 6.5) > Solution Settings > Out of Band Management > Configuration > Provisioning > Configuration Service Settings > Service Location.
