KNOWN ISSUE: "Barcode license exceeded" error after clicking the edit icon

Problem
After receiving an asset and clicking the edit icon, I immediately receive the error "Barcode license exceeded. You have exceeded your Barcode license count. Please purchase additional licenses." A license is added to the license usage table with a blank Device ID and Device Name.
