Hotfix 18: FSR information collection fails during the snapshot

Problem
Following error is logged during the Full System Snapshot when the FSR information is being collected:
Agent "Snapshot started for volume: C:
Local Event Code: 0x40020006
System Event Code: 0x00000000"
Error 24/04/2008 03:00:59 Altiris Recovery Solution 3 Full System Recovery Agent "Full System Recovery Agent could not get the partition info.
Local Event Code: 0xc00d0003
System Event Code: 0x00000467: While accessing the hard disk, a disk operation failed even after retries.
Environment
Recovery Solution 6.2.2760 (SP2)
Cause
Some utility partitions may have improper attribute bit set up for them. By the original design Full System Recovery (FSR) Agent of the snapshot should give up and quit. With the given hotfix, the Recovery Solution Agent will actually handle those partitions gracefully. Still those partitions will not be backed up nor restored during the FSR (Full System Recovery) process.
Solution
The hotfix consists of two parts:
- The update Recovery Solution Agent package (Data1.cab).
- The Full System Recovery (FSR) Wizard that is executed during the FSR ISO image creation.
They are attached to the right. Instructions to apply the hotfix follow.
- Data1.cab
The Data1.cab also incorporates HotFix #15 and HotFix #17. Data1.cab, the updated Recovery Solution Agent installation package should replace an existing one on Notification Server and Recovery Solution Server(s) in following locations:

- DRWizard.exe
DRWizard.exe is the updated FSR Wizard executable. You should place this file in the C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder on the computer where you will be running the FSR Wizard.
