Problem
The postgres service fails to start with error “Could not open process token: error code 5."
Environment

Cause
Postgres user had been added to either the administrator or the power users group. PostgreSQL DB doesn’t allow the installation to proceed if postgres user is part an admin group for security reasons.
Solution
Remove postgres user from the administrator group and start the PostgreSQL DB.
